3. User Responsibilities

4. Prohibited Items and Activities

You may not use our services to ship, store, or process:

• Stolen goods or counterfeit items
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
• Pornographic or obscene materials
• Any items prohibited by USPS, or U-Haul regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service for any shipment or activity we deem suspicious or inappropriate.

5. Private Mailbox Services

5.1 Registration Requirements

To rent a private mailbox, you must:

• Complete Form PS 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent)
• Provide two valid forms of identification
• Comply with all USPS Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) regulations

5.2 Mailbox Usage

• Mailboxes are for legitimate business or personal use only
• You must collect your mail regularly
• We reserve the right to hold or return mail if the box is full
• Mailbox rental fees must be paid in advance
• Late payments may result in mail forwarding fees or service termination

5.3 Mail Handling

• We are not responsible for the contents of mail received
• Unclaimed mail may be returned to sender after 30 days
• We may open suspicious packages as required by law

6. Shipping Services

6.1 Carrier Liability

Shipments processed through our store are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carriers (USPS). We act as an authorized shipping center and intermediary.

• Carrier liability limits apply to all shipments
• Insurance is available and recommended for valuable items
• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier

6.2 Package Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any package that:

• Is improperly packaged

7. U-Haul Rental Services

U-Haul rental services are provided as an authorized U-Haul dealer and are subject to U-Haul's terms and conditions in addition to our own.

• Renters must meet U-Haul's age and licensing requirements
• Valid driver's license and payment method required
• Damage waivers and insurance options available
• Late return fees apply as per U-Haul policy
• Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition

8. Payment Terms

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuma Ship N More, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Items you ship or store with us
• Any misrepresentation made by you
